Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Anywhere in the U.S
How long does shipping take?
Estimated up to 7 days excluding holidays and weekends. Items are dropped off at the post-office Monday-Thursday.
How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking information once the order is complete.
Returns
How do I return an item?
You will have three days after you receive the product to request a refund. Refund will be granted contingent upon issue. We are not responsible for products you manage/handle inappropriately. Respectfully, we are not responsible for damages caused by the postal service.
How long does it take to process my return?
The process will vary based on if the item has to be shipped back to us. The estimated time is 7-14 days. If a refund is issued check with your bank to see when it will be deposited in your account.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges.

Merch Products
Please make sure you read the description of the item(s) you are purchasing. The photo may have colors that appear lighter or darker than the actual item due to lighting.

Off-boarding process
The client and/or I have the right to end the contractual agreement at any time if the client or coach is not meeting the standard(s) mentioned in the contract.

Items are made by me. I do not outsource any of my services/products at this time.
